The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!

We went into the city to see the big Rockefeller tree. It was really cold but Kyle and Brayden loved seeing the huge Christmas tree! We watched the lighting on tv so they were amazed to see in person what they had just seen on tv a few nights before. Kyle asked "where are all the people singing? They are done singing now?" It was cute.

They also got to eat their first NYC hotdog from a cart on the street corner. They loooved it! Brayden took a bite, held it up to show us, said "mmmm" and nodded in approval. Mommy and daddy got one too, with everything on them and they were so good!

We went into New York for the Thanksgiving parade. It was really crowded, especially trying to get out but it was well worth it seeing the boys reactions to the balloons. They had a really great time and it was a first time experience for all of us; Daddy, Mommy, Uncle David, Kyle, and Brayden. It was a great day!

Halloween Parade

Today was the annual Halloween Parade at North Haledon Co-op. Kyle and Brayden were lucky enough to be in it together, both their classes joined in the fun. They paraded around the gym, showing off their costumes. They were all so cute! Kyle is the Hulk and Brayden is Iron Man for Halloween. The 2 year olds weren't allowed to wear masks so Brayden just wore his suit, but he still looked good. Then they gave us a special treat by singing the autumn and halloween songs they have been learning in school. It was really cute and they had a lot of fun!

We drove up to High Point Park and spent the day taking in all the beautiful scenery. It was especially nice with all the leaves changing colors on the trees. We had a good time walking around but it was really chilly out!

We drove down to Cape May and spent the day on the beach. It was such a beautiful day! We were actually hot, we couldn't believe it was mid October. The boys had a blast running around and playing in the sand and rocks.

Brayden Gets Glasses

Brayden got his first pair of glasses! We went to the eye doctor and they want him to wear glasses for 6 weeks to try and correct his left eye. He enjoyed trying them on at the eyeglass store and seemed throughly excited about getting a pair of his own. Look at that smile!
